A. For classes and examinations that have not yet started:

• If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force during the following time periods, or
• When an announcement is made by the Hong Kong Observatory during the following time periods that the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is likely to be issued within the next two hours, classes / examinations will be cancelled as indicated.

11:00 a.m. - 2:59 p.m.	Classes / examinations that start before 6:00 p.m. will be cancelled.
3:00 p.m. & onwards	Classes / examinations that start from 3:00 p.m. onwards will be cancelled.

Apart from the above, the College may have other special arrangements, details of which will be announced through Learner Portal.

• B. For classes and examinations that have already started:

C. Class / Examination Resumption

• When an announcement is made by the Hong Kong Observatory that the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Signal is lowered during the following time period, classes / examinations will be arranged as indicated:

D. Cancelled Class Examination Rsumption

• Make-up examination schedule will be announced later.  Please pay attention to the College announcement in due course.
• No make-up class will be arranged for classes cancelled due to bad weather.
  
  
  

##	Classes that start before 1:00pm but with the remaining lesson time (calculated from 1:00pm) equal to or more than 1 hour and 30 minutes will be resumed normal at 1:00pm.  Two examples of the arrangement are listed below:
