The Centre for Cyber Learning was established in July 2009 to make best use of the advances in technology for professional and continuing education. The primary objective in forming the Centre was to provide support for the development of e-learning at HKU SPACE. The Centre focuses on harnessing the essentials for the delivery of quality e-learning services and combining a superior blend of core competencies, including solid strategic thinking, functional frameworks for an e-learning environment, and proven learner-centric methodologies.
