This is a two-year master’s degree programmes designed to equip students with knowledge and skills relevant to the Coaching and Mentoring.  It aims to provide participants with the theoretical understanding and experiential knowledge, plus the self-awareness necessary to equip them to undertake coaching and / or mentoring in a range of contexts and also be able to guide others in the practical skills and understanding needed for successful one-to-one support.

The MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice is the first university-based postgraduate programme in the UK and has established a very high standard of postgraduate education nationally and internationally.  The programme achieved the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) Quality Award at Masters Level.  The Oxford Brookes University programme tutors are well known and respected in the coaching field for their research and their prominent publications in education and continuing development of coaches
