This ABP accredited postgraduate degree will equip you with an excellent level of knowledge and understanding of a broad range of topics in Managerial Psychology, including an appreciation of theory and application of psychology methodologies to solve real-life problems in the workplace and career. Core psychological theories will be illustrated with the latest examples of practice. You will develop a range of applied skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, change management, intercultural management, systematic search and analysis of opportunities.

 

Articulation and module exemption to MSc Business Management (Leadership and Innovation), Edinburgh Napier University, UK

Graduates of the Postgraduate Certificate in Managerial Psychology programme will be granted exemption of one module, "Organisational Change and Management" (20 credits) for articulation to MSc in Business Management (Leadership and Innovation), Edinburgh Napier University, UK.
