Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Systems
電算及資訊系統理學士
In the world of Computing and Information System (CIS) there is a strong awareness of the gap, in understanding and communication, between technical computing specialists and business management. The former often do not understand business processes while the latter frequently lack awareness of the threats and opportunities brought about by changing levels of computer use. Technically competent project managers can span this gap, where they are able to comprehend management requirements for the organisation in business terms while leading a team of technical professionals in providing Information Systems solutions that meet these business needs.
The CIS programme is designed to help you become such a leader, but is by no means limited to such a vocational purpose, however valuable. The programme also provides a path to a variety of higher degrees that can further differentiate you in today's competitive employment market.
