Green Purchasing Seminar Series:
Ecolabelling Scheme-An Effective Tool for Green Purchasing

This seminar will provide audience with the opportunities of acquiring "know-how" details on implementation of green purchasing, and information on ecolabel.

Objectives

Encourage members of private sector to adopt and practice green purchasing;
Provide useful and instructive information to interested members on green purchasing considerations, such as policy formulation, strategy and principles, processes and step-by-step procedures;
Introduce different categories of GREEN products available in Hong Kong market;
Facilitate the discussion on identifying GREEN products in Hong Kong market; and
Enhance the communications between GREEN suppliers and purchasers.
