Ms Linda W.P. Ho, the Chief Executive Officer of Green Council, is an expert in environmental areas with numerous professional qualifications. She also appointed as the committee members in many local and International organizations. Since 2000, she took the lead in planning, organizing and implementing various business-oriented, educational and awareness-raising environmental projects, including Hong Kong Green Label Scheme (HKGLS), China Environmental Labeling Program, Communications and Interaction with the Business Community and Government, Hong Kong Green Purchasing Charter and Environmental Education.

Ms Diana Cartwright, the Senior Policy Advisor of the Chemical Directorate in Environment Canada, has over 10 years experience in consultancy works on ecolabelling, green procurement, environmental policy and management.

Since 2006, she has been the advisor on the eco-labeling policy in Canada and responsible to liaise with national and international ecolabelling organizations. She is also the advisor to the UK led International Task Force for Sustainable Products in development of a comprehensive list of products and a listing of their associated environmental impacts and sustainability issues.
