    As you may be aware, there will be numerous significant developments of mediation up and coming in 2012, such as the passing of the Mediation Bill (hopefully takes place later this year), the commencement of operation of the Financial Disputes Resolution Centre and many more.  To prepare yourself to embrace this landmark development of the profession, we are hosting a seminar on 18th April 2012 (Wednesday) for all the Mediation Practice/ 調解實務 alumni where has been invited the Honourable Mr. Justice Barnabas Fung to speak on the topic, "Establishing your reputation as a professional mediator".
