Ms. Jennifer Tan

TAN Yuen Chun, Jennifer, has been the Managing Director – Fixed of the Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited (“HTHKH”) since September 2012. HTHKH is a listed company on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock code: 215). Jennifer joined the group in May 1996 and had been the Finance Director of the group since 2000 and was appointed the Chief Financial Officer of the group in 2005. Before joining the Group, Ms. Tan gained extensive financial management experience with various Fortune 500 multinational corporations. She was the Assistant Controller of Colgate Palmolive Hong Kong Limited during 1989 to 1992 and played the role as the Regional Controller – Central Asia of Kraft General Foods Asia Pacific Limited during 1993 to early 1996. Jennifer started her career as an auditor in a multinational accounting firm.
Jennifer is a qualified accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. She is member of several professional accounting associations, including the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She has also completed The Cambridge-HKU Senior Executive Programme and Stanford Senior Executive Leadership Program.
Mr. Kenny Cheng
Manager, Business Finance, Consumer Banking

Kenny is the Manager, Business Finance, Standard Chartered Bank (HK) Limited. His current responsibility covers the overall performance management and balance sheet management of the Consumer Banking. Kenny started his career as International Graduate in the same company.
Kenny was graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance in 2006. Kenny was the ACCA Hong Kong Silver Medalist and the Hong Kong Top Score Paper Winner in Paper P4 at Dec 2009, Paper F6 (Joint) at June 2008, Paper F5 at Dec 2007. He has also completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examinations.
Ms. Alice Wong

Hong Kong Television Network Limited
Ms. Alice Wong is the Chief Financial Officer of HKTV Group, has overall responsibility for the Group’s finance, treasury, procurement, investor engagement, talent management and administrative functions. Ms. Wong was a key member of various corporate transactions, such as the US$125 million 10-year senior notes in January 2005, the US$50 million US NASDAQ placement in April 2010 and the Very Substantial Disposal of Telecom Business in April 2012, amounted to about HK$5 billion.
Ms. Wong is a well respected public speaker for various investor and industrial conferences, such as the Broadband and Triple Play Services 2006 in Dublin, FTTH Annual Conference 2008 in Paris, ROTH Capital 3rd Annual China Discovery Tour in Sanya, China, DigiWorld Summit 2008 by iDate in Montpellier, SIG 3rd Annual Beijing Management Summit 2009 in Beijing, and FTTH Middle East Conference 2009 in Amman, Rodman & Renshaw Annual China Investment Conference 2011 in Shanghai, etc. She is also an active speaker for various tertiary institutions in Hong Kong.
Before joining the Group, Ms. Wong has spent 5 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hong Kong focusing on technology, info-communications, and entertainment sectors. Ms. Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Queensland, a Master of Business Administration degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Governance. She is a qualified member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is appointed as the member of the Student Affairs Sub-committee of ACCA Hong Kong since 2010.
