Dr YC Ko
Dr KO is a Registered Psychologist (Hong Kong) with over 35 years of emergency service management and training experience in Hong Kong and Canada. He was the Founding Vice President of The Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) Canada branch and was also a member of the Professional Standards Setting Body for Fire Services in Ontario Canada. Dr KO is currently actively involved in tertiary education in the fields of psychology, management and fire safety engineering.

An ability to influence human behavior is the key to management success. The daily imperatives of managers today are to maximize efficiency by insuring that employees are happy and productive, and to understand what it takes to manage the various personalities that form a company's identity. This seminar introduces psychological concepts and approaches to management. Participants will take away introductory knowledge and tools in managerial psychology and its application in organization environment.
