Dr. Agatha Wong -Fraser
Dr Agatha Wong-Fraser is the CEO of BPSA Ltd and the Asia Pacific President of Xsortal Ltd. She has over 30 years of experience in strategic and business consultancy, specializing in corporate restructuring, corporate strategy and business data analysis. She works extensively with some of the largest manufacturing and financial service organizations in Hong Kong and China. She is also an advisor to the Shenzhen Software Industry Association. Dr. Agatha Wong-Fraser obtained her M. Litt. and Ph.D. in International Strategic Studies at Aberdeen University, Scotland after graduated from the University of Hong Kong. She is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow of Harvard University, John Kennedy School of Government.
