Executive Assistant I/II (several posts) in the Centennial College [RF: 2011/12-FT-289-JUMP]
Centennial College, a new and independent post-secondary college registered under the Post Secondary Colleges Ordinance (Cap. 320), is established by the University of Hong Kong to provide full-time self-financed 4-year degree programmes. The College, which will admit its first students in September 2012, is now inviting applications for appointments as:
Duties: The appointees will provide administrative support to different functions of the College, such as admissions, external affairs, timetabling, finance, examination, student records, campus administration and human resources. They will also provide logistic support to teaching and learning activities as well as perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Candidates should possess 5 passes in HKCEE (including English and Chinese Languages), preferably a Bachelor's degree, with 2 years' relevant working experience. Those with finance and timetabling experience will be an advantage. They should be detail-minded and a good team player and able to work under pressure. They should have strong interpersonal skills, good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with renewal being possible subject to performance review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of contract. Medical benefits and annual leave will be provided where applicable.
