Executive Officer in the Centre for Cyber Learning [RF: 2011/12-FT-300-CTOL]
Duties: The appointee will be involved in e-learning project coordination, user training, documentation, and events organization. Main duties will include user liaison, user feedback collection, user manual and document preparation, web context drafting, schedule and budget monitoring, quality control, analysis and evaluation, enquiries handling, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or a related discipline with 4-5 year's working experience. Knowledge of e-learning trend, strong management and organizational skills, excellent command of English, Chinese and Putonghua, proficiency in IT knowledge, good interpersonal and communication skills are required. Experience in tertiary institutions or e-learning development will be an advantage.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will be for 1 year with the possibility of renewal subject to review.
