Marketing Coordinator in the Office of Institutional Advancement [RF: 2011/12-FT-324-JDB]
Duties: The appointee will assist and support Executive Officer(s) in carrying out e-marketing, new initiative development and publishing projects. Major duties include:

assist in all e-marketing initiatives, such as e-Direct Mail and the School¡¦s eNewsletter;
¡E
assist in enhancing the School¡¦s website;
¡E
assist in the execution of search marketing projects;
¡E
assist in market research, including survey design, data collection and analysis, and report preparation
¡E
assist in producing the School¡¦s prospectus and newsletter
¡E
liaise with other academic divisions and administrative units
¡E
general administration and other duties as assigned
Requirements: Candidates should have 5 passes in HKCEE (including grade E or Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language). A recognized Degree or an Associate Degree or a Higher Diploma in Digital Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, Business or related disciplines will be an advantage. Candidates should also have 3-5 years¡¦ solid work experience and exposure in digital marketing, with initiative in trying and exploring the usage of new technologies. Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and problem solving skills, customer / service-oriented mindset with good marketing sense, the ability to attend to details and to work independently, strong computer proficiency including Dreamweaver, HTML, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office (including Chinese word processing), and excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are essential. Ability to adapt to new environment and mature will be a definite advantage. Working outside normal office hours will be required when necessary.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of contract.
