Course Description
This programme is suitable for executives from most of industries likes hotel, servicing, manufacturing, property development & management and government officials.
The curriculum consists of 4 green management modules:
- Green Fundamentals for Corporates
- Green Policy, Planning and Regulation
- Green Technology for Corporates
- Green Management and Auditing
This programme is also jointly supported by the HKIE Environmental Division and the Green Council.

Programme Objectives
- Equip students with key green management aspects in coordinating green initiatives across the corporate.
- Provide students with knowledge in public policy, green management and major environmental legislation in relation to a corporate.
- Provide students with knowledge in evaluating proper green enabling tools in facilitating the operation of corporation.
- Equip students with knowledge in green auditing and green purchasing for a corporate.
Programme Structure
There are four modules and each module has 24 teaching contact hours. In modules 3 and 4, a field trip will be arranged for students in visiting how corporate makes use of green technology and carries out the green monitoring work for a corporate. In total the whole programme has 96 contact hours of teaching:

Entry Requirements
Applicants should
1. hold a bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized university or
2. relevant professional qualifications.
Applicants with other qualifications or substantial senior level/ managerial work experience in different disciplines will be considered on individual merit.

- HK$16000 per programme (For Green Council Member)

- Duly completed HKU SPACE application form (SF26)
- Original and one set of photocopy of academic certificates/ transcripts for verification
- Copy of HKID Card
