This Senior Executive Certificate in Institutional Integrity Management programme aims to equip participants with both professional knowledge and skills for strengthening the institutional integrity profile of their organizations (either public or private) and hence enhance their capabilities to safeguard their organizations against corruption and internal fraud.
design and set up an integrity committee within his/her own institutional environment;
formulate and manage institutional ethic policy and tailor-made staff code of ethics;
formulate, manage and review annual institutional integrity action plan;
conduct random integrity checking on staff and on all new appointees;
integrate education and training efforts in anti-corruption management;
demonstrate abilities and competencies in establishing a complaint mechanism, proactive monitoring and investigation, knowledge & techniques in effective law enforcement in combating corruption and internal fraud

hold a bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized university or equivalent;
have at least 5 years of supervisory and management level work experience; and
be proficient in English language (For those graduated from institutions where English is not the medium of instruction, a written proof of English proficiency is required).

Both the Law Society of Hong Kong and the Canadian Certified General Accountants Association of Hong Kong have approved this Senior Executive Certificate programme for the purpose of compliance with CPD requirements under their CPD Schemes. On successful completion of the programme, a participant is entitled to claim up to 15 CPD points in that CPD practice year if he/she is a member of the Law Society of Hong Kong and up to 60 CPD hours if he/she is a member of the Canadian Certified General Accountants Association of Hong Kong.

Applicants should complete and return the Application for Enrolment Form (SF 26) enclosing copies of (1) HKID card / passport; (2) Academic certificates; and (3) a recommendation letter from employers, together with a crossed cheque / bank draft or telegraphic transfer receipt (if applicable) of the application fee, made payable to “HKU SPACE”, to the following address: HKU SPACE (Attn: Miss Carmen Chan) Room 1109, 11/F., Fortress Tower, 250, King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong.
Please note the followings:
- bring the completed form(s), together with the appropriate course or application fees in the form of a cheque, and any required supporting documents to any of the HKU SPACE enrolment centres;
- or mail the above documents to any of the HKU SPACE enrolment centres, specifying “Course Application” on the envelope. HKU SPACE will not be responsible for any loss of payment sent by mail.

Fees paid are not refundable except under very exceptional circumstances (e.g. course cancellation due to insufficient enrolment), subject to the School’s discretion. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, fees paid by cash, EPS, cheque or PPS (for online payment only) will normally be reimbursed by a cheque, and fees paid by credit card will normally be reimbursed to the payment cardholder’s credit card account.
Fees and places on courses cannot be transferred from one applicant to another. Once accepted onto a course, the student may not change to another course without approval from HKU SPACE. A processing fee of HK$120 will be levied on approved transfers.
Receipts will be issued for fees paid but HKU SPACE will not be responsible for any loss of receipt sent by mail.
For additional copies of receipts, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope with a completed form and a crossed cheque for HK$30 per copy made payable to ‘HKU SPACE’. Such copies will only normally be issued at the end of a course.
