Those involved in the field of customer relations are expected to play a significant leadership role in developing company strategies for customer interaction. The School has developed programmes to prepare interested students for a career in the field of sales and customer relations.

Workshops
Our practice-oriented workshops have been developed for practitioners who wish to develop or brush up on their sales and customer relations skills within a short and flexible timeframe. Emphasis is placed on application and interaction through case studies analysis and project presentations. The content of the workshops includes communication skills, writing and presentation skills, selling and sales management, and retail marketing and management.
