Training & Human Resources Management

There are 3 major areas in Training and Human Resource Management (HRM):

1) Training & HRM - aims to equip students with a thorough knowledge of the role of training and HRM at the individual, enterprise, national and international levels. We offer a “pyramid” of programmes from Diploma, B.Sc., M.Sc. to doctorate. A series of CPD courses are also offered for professional development of HR practitioners. 

2) Coaching - Coaching is one of the latest advanced methodologies for building individual and organisational effectiveness. It focuses on creating positive change, expanding possibilities and unleashing potential through skilled communication, creating awareness, exploring, clarifying as well as sharing resource, insights and experiences. We have an MA programme, various executive programmes and module certificate programmes in the training of coaches.

3) Mediation - Every organisational leader has to deal with demographic and economic changes like downsizing, flatter hierarchies, teams, quality and multiple responsibilities that are intensifying the interdependency between employees. It is important to be able to negotiate with their staff and to help them negotiate with each other. Therefore, adequately equipping managers and leaders with the skills of mediating and negotiating work relationships in these challenging times are absolutely essential. We offer an Executive Certificate in Mediation and Workplace Conflict and a one-day workshop on the Manager as Mediator: How to Mediate Employee Conflict.
