IMAGINATION

Imagination

Unbounded imagination is the source of new information and innovation.  According to Einstein, ‘Imagination is more important than knowledge’. Unleash your imagination to get ahead in business and in life.

INNOVATION

Innovation

Lack of innovation seeds stagnation.  Creativity comes from one’s ability to think and move forward independently.  SEA encourages executives to develop unique thought leadership and innovate through observation and learning.

INDEPENDENCE

Independence

Independent thinking helps avoid following the footsteps of others.  SEA encourages this by encouraging executives to develop and defend their own standpoints while keeping an open-mind.

INTERDEPENDENCE

Interdependence

People need to be independent and interdependent at the same time. SEA facilities executives to build upon the experience and learning of their peers and teachers to sustain life-long learning and encourages them to share ideas and personal insights so as to achieve the best learning outcomes.

INTERACTION

Interaction

Successful cooperation involves excellent communication and stimulating interactions in which everyone is treated as equal.  SEA emphasizes this sense of equality throughout all of its programmes and campus activities – breaking the traditional view that ‘teachers are always right’.

INTERNATIONALISATION

Internationalisation

Communication takes place between individuals, countries and cultures.  In light of the shrinking world, SEA particularly focuses on developing professionals by extending their global vision and awareness to capitalize on opportunities beyond their own borders.

IMPACT

Impact

SEA is dedicated to providing training for executives to unleash their full potentials and unique qualities -- promoting life-long learning and becoming role models for others to create positive social impact.

INTEGRITY

Integrity

Business professionals who lack integrity and ethics can only achieve short-lived success and they could potentially bring negative impact upon our society.  That is why SEA deems it important to develop all-rounded business professionals who are both ethical and responsible.
