:: INTRODUCTION
This course is especially designed for individuals who want to help others to enhance their quality of life in relationship, family and career. The participants will be trained by experienced coaches to observe, communicate and motivate clients to maximize their own potentials and create new horizons. The sessions will consist of lectures; skill practices illustrations and case studies.
Objectives
- To provide an introduction to the basic principles of coaching.
- To integrate coaching skills with management skills.
- To provide effective tools for management.
- To develop potentials in individuals and enhance their achievement in the workplace.
Assessment is based on 2 written assignments (60%) and a final project related to developing their coaching practice (40%). There is a minimum attendance requirement of 70%.
