To reset your password to the initial password, please begin with these steps:
Step 1: Click on "Forget Password" button
Step 2: Fill in your personal information
Step 3: Check your alternate email address
Step 4: Click the link to cofirm for your request in your alternate email box within 48 hours.  In case, you forgot to click the reset password link in alternate email with in 48 hours, you have to redo the step 1 procedure once again.
Step 5: Answer a validation question.
Step 6: Reset successfully to your initial password scheme.
*Important:
 Make sure to provide your Alternate email address(non learner portal email address) when you first logged into your account. Without the correct verification information and a valid alternate email address, you will not be able to retrieve back to your initial login password by yourself.
