To this end, the School has launched a number of programmes covering commerce, finance, marketing and management to help build human capital and set young people on a promising career path.

A variety of cultural, art and philosophy programmes will also debut this season for students' self-enhancement and life enrichment. These programmes include modern art, film criticism, Western literary studies, Western philosophy and literature, Chinese divination studies and musical instruments.

A superior command of language skills, or even mastery of a foreign language, is undoubtedly an asset for enriched studies and employment. In addition to English, Japanese and Korean, the School has added new language programmes including Greek, Italian, German and French. It also features enhancement programmes for language teachers, preparatory programmes for language and music exams, and master degree preparatory programmes.

In addition to career-assisting programmes, the School also offers courses for the health of body and mind. Programmes on offer include self-stretching techniques, Tai-Ji, Ba Duan Jin, and acupuncture, all of which facilitate blood circulation and reinvigorate the body. There are also psychology programmes to help parents and youth workers learn childcare skills.

The School offers a variety of programmes for advancement in various professions, including nutrition and nursing, Chinese medicine manufacturing, human biology and organic chemistry, environmental protection, human resource management, sports and recreation management, aviation operations, engineering, architecture and surveying, and public order studies.

The School has launched a host of programmes catering to the needs of new industries, including wine studies, mediation, coaching, archival studies, green architecture, industry digitisation, and information technology. These programmes aim to help students seize opportunities in these industries by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and expertise.

The School offers a doctorate programme in social science (human resources development) for students seeking higher achievement in this area.
