Executive Certificate in Entrepreneurial Finance
This programme aims to provide students with the knowledge and skill sets to launch and manage their own entrepreneur startup business. The programme content covers risks and challenges in entrepreneurship and how entrepreneurs can source funding to manage their operation with sufficient cash flows for investment, and capital resources.
Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Financial Strategies for Value Creation
This programme aims to provide students with concepts and knowledge in global financial strategic practices of international corporations. Content includes channels for maximizing company value, capital investment opportunities in joint ventures, franchising & licensing and ways of raising capital such as debt and equity financing, IPO and private equity. Students will gain practical knowledge and techniques in company valuation, sourcing funds and budgeting decisions.
