The One-Day MBA Workshop Series is designed to strengthen the integration of knowledge and practice at MBA level. Knowledge is being transformed into practice through experimentation, critical self-analysis and experience sharing.
Workshop 3: Conflict Resolution and Negotiation

This workshop is designed to give participants an enhanced understanding on conflict resolution through a review on conflict resolution techniques and reflection on conflict management styles. It provides them with insight into their personal negotiation style, and necessary actions required at each phase of the process. The workshop also aims to lead participants to gain an advantage in negotiations through influence, the psychology of persuasion.

Dr. Josephine Jim is a certified executive coach and an accredited organizational coach. She has over 25 years of senior management experience in executive training organizations, private education institutes, non-profit making organizations, pharmaceutical companies at local and international levels.
