Mr Chan Wai Tak Roy
Mr Roy Chan was graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in the Salt Lake City, USA. He is also holding a Master Degree in Sports Medicine & Health Science from the Orthopedic & Traumatology Department of the Chinese University of HK. He was working as a coordinator for the sports massage team and also as a therapist with the HK Sports Institute (HKSI) from 1999-2012. He is working as self employed therapist, consultant, lecturer and coach after he left the HKSI. Recovery in sports is the speciality of Roy.

During the pandemic, the general public has a greater love to exercise and more concern for maintaining a healthy body. However, they might easily develop strain-related sports injuries if they don't have regular exercise habits. Sports massage and taping are typical nowadays and show support to participants during exercise.
The speaker will share some simple sports massage recovery techniques. Also, introduce various types of sports tape and demonstrate their multiple uses and taping techniques. Help everyone get prepared before exercising or manage different sports injuries.
(Applicants who successfully apply will receive the notification from school 2 days before the event commenced)
(There will be a demostration at the second half part, the speaker will invite participant to take part into the demostration part. The demostration part will be recorded for the promotional purpose)
