‘Emotional Intelligence’ has become part of everyday vocabulary, but what does it really mean? In this course we review some of the key models and research in this field, and how they can be used in coaching. Participants will be able to obtain a profile of their own profile on a questionnaire measure of emotional self-management, if they wish.
