Happy families, happy lives

Although almost all of us enjoy greater material comfort nowadays, we are also experiencing many changes in our interpersonal and family relationships that are straining the mental health and happiness of both children and adults. So how can we face the challenges of modern life with confidence while ensuring the healthy development of our children? In "Effective Parent-child Communications", Ms Shirley Loo, an experienced family relationship educator, will show us how to establish an ideal parent-child relationship.

The Former Director of the Hong Kong Observatory, Mr Lam Chiu-ying offers some insights in his talk "Lifelong Learning – Lifelong Happiness" that may inspire you. Mr Lam will share his learning journey from stargazing as a child, to discovering a new philosophy of happiness by observing nature.
