Exercise for Health

Many Hong Kong people find it hard to exercise due to their busy schedule and this lack of physical activity has led to the development of a number of modern urban diseases.

To address this problem, the School has introduced a series of health-related programmes in order to help students improve their physical fitness during their leisure time. These include a foundation dance course that covers tap, jazz, modern dance and hip-hop dance, as well as an intermediate Pilates course that aims to help improve muscle control, breathing and physical flexibility.
