Summer School 2024

为鼓励青少年利用暑期进修，本院今年夏季特别为中学生（15-18岁) 开设暑期日语入门课程。
目的让青少年学习日语同时，对日本文化亦有所认识。

本课程旨在帮助学生学习韩语的所有母音和子音。学生将能够阅读和编写约100个词汇，包括身体、食物、星期和数字等，还会介绍简单的问候语和韩语句子的基本结构，以进一步了解韩语。

This course offers a fun-first approach for teenagers to learn Spanish during the summer holidays. The classes will focus on communication, with games, role plays and a lot of interactive activities. Students will learn the basics of the Spanish language and culture from the beginning, with a surprise activity on the last day!

This course offers a fun-first approach for teenagers to learn French during the summer holidays. The classes will focus on communication, with games, role plays and a lot of interactive activities. Students will learn the basics of the French language and culture from the beginning, with a surprise activity on the last day!

This course is designed for students who have completed Beginners’ French for Teenagers. Students will continue learning French at a more advanced level, learning topics such as shopping, going to restaurants, telling the time, etc. The classroom atmosphere will be relaxed and supportive with practice in small groups using the latest interactive methodology.

Students will learn the basics of the Italian language and culture, with a surprise activity on the last day!

This course aims to improve students’ understanding of and ability to discuss issues of current interest in English. It enables them to improve comprehension of news and documentaries, both written and spoken.   
 
Topics cover a wide variety of Hong Kong and international media channels including newspapers, TV, the Internet and podcasts. Students practise and learn discussion and debating skills to capture and convince the audience.
 
Skills learnt will be very useful for taking part in discussions and debates, presenting in school settings, and studying subjects like current issues and liberal studies.

This course is designed for those who want to embellish writing for creative, academic, and professional purposes.  It teaches and analyses the manner or combination of a variety of sentence patterns — from basic to advanced — professional writers use with great finesse to achieve rich, structural effects.  
 

This course is focused on developing verbal communication skills for practical, real-life application.  Students will build their confidence and develop public speaking and presentation skills to lead and succeed in the classroom, university and careers.
