Rabbits Leap to a New Chapter
In the Chinese zodiac, the rabbit symbolises hope and boundless vitality. So, in this new Year of the Rabbit, why don’t we imitate the rabbit’s wit and flexibility, jump out of our comfort zones, and accomplish something new?
Step 1: Find your True Self, Establish Goals
Calm down and find a place to meditate with a cup of Pu’er tea and rekindle your childhood dreams and plans. For effective life planning, we need to set a clear goal and review our progress regularly to increase our chances of success. Your health is always a priority. You can improve your physique and overall well-being in many ways from stretching to nutritional food therapy and medical cuisine.
Step 2: Use a Few Minutes to Form Habits
Forming good and productive habits can be a step-by-step process based on a few clear goals. These could be as simple as practising words from a new language for a few minutes every day, making a 30-second music demo or studying investment theory. Working in line with the coming year’s Feng Shui will help you pave the way to achieving your dreams or plans. After “locking in” the new habit, you can then extend the duration of what you are doing and lock your project in organisationally.
Step 3: Reward Yourself and Create Endless Possibilities
Timely rewards are things like watching a live show or taking a holiday cruise; both are good ways to release your soul and help yourself to stay positive and build a sense of self-compassion. Infinite possibilities can appear under both loose and tight management yet still lead to a new “you” afterwards.

在中國傳統文化中,兔子代表著希望、無限生機的意思。在送虎迎兔之際,我們為何不仿傚兔子的機智和靈活,跳出舒適圈,帶著盼望去成就更好的自己呢?
步驟一︰尋回真我,設立目標
靜下心來,找一個位置靜坐,並來一盞普洱茶回顧兒時的夢想及鴻「兔」大計吧!要實踐有效的人生規劃,首要設立明確目標,並定期作出檢討,才能增加成效。此外,強健的體魄是關鍵之一,從伸展運動,到注重營養食療及藥膳,方能有效改善體質,早日達成心中所想。
步驟二︰用數分鐘,形成入門習慣
想養成一個習慣可以循序漸進,並把計劃分成數個小目標進行,例如︰每天用數分鐘背誦外語、製作30秒的音樂demo;或閱讀投資理論,再配合來年風水運程,為實踐夢想或大計鋪路。當養成習慣後,把時間延長,適時加設難度,使計劃能夠有條理地進行。
步驟三︰獎勵自己,創造無限可能
適時的獎勵能使自己前進,看一場現場表演或是郵輪度假也是不錯的選擇,心靈也能及時抒發,讓自己保持正向心態及待己慈悲的態度,在張弛有度的情況下才能創造無限可能,迎來全新的自己。
