每天多學一點，改變 • 可大可小。你準備就緒了嗎？
I am currently a practising dentist in a private sector after working in non-government organisations for a few years. MSc in Human Nutrition helped me to embark on the career of biomedical science and dentistry as nutrition plays a significant role in maintaining not only good general health but also good dental health.
Oral and dental diseases, as well as other systemic diseases that have an impact on oral health, can affect people's ability to eat and therefore affect their nutritional status. Moreover, when the nutritional status of people is compromised, it may negatively affect their oral health. It may also impact the severity of oral diseases as well as their rate of recovery.
MSc in Human Nutrition was a great chance for me to further my studies, reflect on my work and develop a comprehensive view of managing primary dental care.

I have always wanted to be a dietitian. I chose to study the Ulster University Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics offered by HKU SPACE because it is the only route to qualify as a dietitian in Hong Kong. After completing the course, I became eligible to apply for registration with the Health & Care Professionals Council (HCPC) in the UK to be a registered dietitian.
This course is well structured and organized and the teaching staff and clinical educators were very supportive. The programme enables students to extend their depth of knowledge in nutrition, dietetics and clinical sciences.
If you are passionate about nutrition and medicine, wish to use your knowledge to help prevent and treat disease as a registered dietitian, I strongly recommend you to take this course.
"I am impressed by the Nursing Skills Laboratory at Kowloon East Campus which provides a good learning resource for students of Higher Diploma in Nursing (An Enrolled Nurse to Registered Nurse Conversion Programme). Practical skill makes an inevitable component of the curriculum. Students can acquire and enhance their nursing skills before they start their clinical practicum in the hospital settings. The practical sessions are well received by the students. It is my pleasure to work with the Programme Team and administrative staff."
I completed my Advanced Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science Year 1 in HKU SPACE in 2009, after that, I got an offer from the Bachelor of Pharmacy program of Charles Sturt University in Australia. I didn't expect that they made such an offer to me even though I have not completed my Advanced Diploma yet. Now I am a pharmacy student in that university. The Advanced Diploma course is suitable for someone like me who aimed to be a pharmacist or work in pharmaceutical field in the future, and it provides solid foundation for pursuing future study. Indeed I do enjoy the study life when I was taking this course with my classmates, with the small class size we are able to interact with the lecturers a lot.
