This workshop is designed to address those who are curious about fine wine collecting by offering comprehensive knowledge and practical skills that enables them to start a collection. This workshop is also suitable for those with existing fine wine collections who would like to learn how to value and sell their collection.

The programme aims to educate students on the history and production process of champagne, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of its origins and how it is made. Additionally, it seeks to develop their skills in identifying and appreciating different types of champagne, enabling them to discern various styles and qualities.
