The One-Day MBA Workshop Series is designed to strengthen the integration of knowledge and practice at MBA level. Knowledge is being transformed into practice through experimentation, critical self-analysis and experience sharing.

Workshop 1: Transformational Leadership and Leadership Psychology

This workshop is designed to give participants a refreshed mindset of leadership, an introduction to leadership psychology, and tools to further develop their leadership skills.  It aims to use concepts, theories and examples to enlighten participants’ knowledge in transformational leadership, and help participants to focus on identifying needs to improve their leadership style through self-reflection and enhancing self-awareness.
