PROGRAMME FEATURES

1. Students will learn comprehensive theories and tools of behavioral science which they can apply to resolve behavioral issues they encounter in their workplace and career.

2. Students will develop a range of applied skills in human resources functions and workplace well-being, from recruitment and selection, leading and developing talents, to conflict resolution and culture and change management.

3. Practical skills and up-to-date case studies would be included in the prorgamme.
