岑逸飛先生透過中西文化多重角度的分析，令學員擴展視野，學習以創意和廣闊的思維面對職場管理和人生處世的種種挑戰。在本課程中，岑逸飛先生將講授四本中國典籍 — 《西遊記》、《紅樓夢》、《水滸傳》、《三國演義》（統稱「四大名著」），並探討典籍於現代生活和管理上的應用。

本課程乃中國傳統天文、曆算及星占之導論，輔以現代天文學知識，俾學員能兼顧古今，對中國古代天文曆算有初步理解。
 

導賞員訓練課程系列包括香港中西建築、歷史文化、生態古蹟教育及博物館教育導賞，務求讓學員對香港歷史文化及古蹟教育有較深入的了解，並通過考察/實習課，有助學員成為稱職的導賞員，進而從事教育導賞的相關活動。

本課程是〈歷史文化及古蹟教育導賞課程〉(屯門區)，旨在讓學員一起探索屯門早期考古發掘與香港史的關係，進而深入認識屯門的歷史變遷，獨特宗教文化，並欣賞屯門的中西建築。課程有面授、戶外考察及實習等多元學習模式。

三小時的工作坊由資深禮儀師/生死服務專家主持，目的主要為學員提供切身的臨終體驗，從而讓大家思考怎樣把握在世的時間為自己身後事作出適合的安排。

本課程以媒體及文化研究作重點，以跨學科角度，讓學生學習傳播與文化的關係。課程不單旨在增強學生的溝通能力，還希望透過課堂討論，讓學生了解文化背景、媒體發展，如何影響傳播方法、流行與消費文化、生活模式以至性別及族群等身份建構過程。
 

This programme aims to introduce to students the nature, functions and techniques used in records management, the principles of transferring records to archives and the current practices of digitization of different media in various industrial and commercial sectors as well as in government departments.

With an aim to develop students to be adaptable, flexible and reflective cultural practitioners whose practice encompasses high quality and dynamic media research, this programme is unique in its integration of theory and practice in the study of contemporary culture and the transformations brought by digital media. This programme not only enables students to understand critical and creative approaches to the study of everyday life and the media but also involves the development of creative digital media projects and engagement in cultural research. Students will develop skills and expertise in media production, cultural research, events management, and writing for different contexts and audiences.

The Postgraduate Diploma in Media and Cultural Critique programm aims to develop students’ critical understanding of media and cultural institutions, ideologies and policies and their relationships with social and economic reality. This programme provides a grounding in the media and then visual, socio-cultural and economic content, and makes it possible for graduates to further study in media and cultural studies, creative industries, media management and advertising.
