Accomplish your study goals – 2022 Autumn Prospectus is now available!
Doesn’t time fly? We’re already in the second half of 2022, so perhaps it’s a good moment to review the first half of the year and see how we are doing.
Looking back, you may have set some targets for yourself like establishing more healthy living habits, learning something new or actively developing your career. So, how many of your targets have you reached?
But, of course, we’re only half way through the year and it’s only by persevering and not giving up that we ever achieve any of our goals. So even if you’ve fallen a bit behind, there’s still time to catch up. And HKU SPACE has a whole series of new courses which can help you to enrich the remaining six months of the year.
Keeping up with market trends and exploring new careers
The pace of technology development is incredibly rapid nowadays. And one of the fastest developing fields is artificial intelligence (AI). AI can be applied in many industries such as healthcare and the financial industry which currently have a huge demand for talent. Other new industries like green finance, digital media, homeopathy all have plenty of room for further discovery and mastery. So taking a course in any of these could help you to be more competitive in your career. Apart from that, Hong Kong’s infrastructure is improving continuously, which means the architectural industry has huge potential for building a successful career.
Embarking on your downshifting journey and re-adjusting your pace of life
But your career success isn’t the only thing in life, mental health and your spiritual well-being are also important. For example, relieving stress is beneficial to our physical and mental health. And knowledge of BaZi could be applied in wellness and life planning to make us more energetic. You could also find your interests and your true self by having a go at screenwriting, appreciating Kung Fu Tea or understanding the west tides in Chinese painting.
HKU SPACE has the largest and broadest selection of reimbursable Continuing Education Fund (CEF) programmes in Hong Kong, with over 2,000 CEF courses in 87 interest areas from business to the humanities, and technology to health sciences. Our new Autumn prospectus is now out with all the details of every course. You can download a digital version here, or visit any of our learning centres to get a free printed copy.
