Eligibility
-
are Hong Kong residents aged from 18 to 65 at the time of application, and on seeking reimbursement of their fees
-
have enrolled in, and paid the tuition fee for, a course on the reimbursable course list before the course commences
-
have not obtained any other publicly-funded financial assistance for the same course, module or unit of study credits
When to apply
Applicants should submit their applications as soon as they have enrolled in, and have paid for, the first course for which reimbursement of fees is to be made, and in any event, before the commencement of the course. Late applications will not be accepted by the Government. The date of receipt of the application by the Office of the Continuing Education Fund (OCEF) will be taken as the date of application.
How to apply
CEF application forms can be obtained from any HKU SPACE Learning Centres, District Offices, the OCEF or downloaded from www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/cef/. The completed form must first be certified at one of the designated HKU SPACE Learning Centres listed below. The certified application form, together with a photocopy of the applicant’s Hong Kong Identity Card, should be submitted in person or by post before course commencement to: OCEF, Room 916, 9/F, KwaiHing Government Offices, 166 – 174 Hing Fong Road, Kwai Chung, NT.
