The Centre aims to provide quality language education and support to the wider Hong Kong community.

Its missions include:

  1. To foster a culture of multilingualism and intercultural communication among learners and educators.

  2. To offer a variety of language courses and activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of learners at different levels of proficiency and disciplines.

  3. To promote innovative and effective pedagogy in language teaching and learning, using the latest technology and resources.

  4. To serve as a platform for international benchmark tests through collaboration with local and international organizations and institutions.
