Guest Speaker
The guest speaker has been a voluntary consultant under the micro-finance program of Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation, he has over 10 years of M&A, corporate finance, private equity investment, real estate acquisition and management experience in China. He is currently working as a senior investment director in a private equity alternative investment fund. He held Master of Law degree, Postgraduate Diploma in accountancy & Bachelor of Business Administration (financial engineering). He is a holder of CFA, FRM and CAIA; he is also a licensed China Corporate Legal Counsel, a Certified China Economist, and a Certified China Banker (Credit Analysis). He works as part-time instructors for legal, compliance, finance and management subjects in various universities and associations. In addition, he also serves as legal & investment consultant for American & Chinese Cultural Exchange Association.

This event seminar creates an opportunity for entrepreneurs to boarden their insight in risk management and challenges facing by entrepreneurs and to provide a platform for potential entrepreneurs to explore new areas of financing strategies and at the same time, realizing the important of prudent financial management to run a new business venture.
Entrepreneurship is the process of turning ideas into opportunities to create value. It aims to find economic opportunities and convert them into valuable products or services to be recognized in the marketplace as a new venture.
This event seminar covers the new technologies which facilitate the new start ups, guest speaker will highlight the new competitive environment for start ups as well as the business opportunities and risks under the new platform.
