    Ms. Clara Cheng is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (Dietitian Australia). Clara is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the HKU SPACE, College of Life Science and Technology. Since graduated from Sydney University, she has worked in various clinical and community capacities. In addition to nutrition education, Clara also has broad experience as a nutritional science consultant in food industry.

    Mr Wong Wa Sang, Watson

    Watson is a seasoned and experienced MLT of 39 years of practice in the medical laboratory field and currently the Dept. Manager in a large tertiary referral public hospital. Before that, he had been working as a senior medical technologist for more than a decade. He is experienced in lab project management and quality management. Watson was active and taking up the leading roles in training and development of MLS in Hospital Authority. He is also an experienced and appointed technical assessor in HOKLAS under Hong Kong Accreditation Scheme. In the past 15 years, he has been serving the MLT Board and various committees including Education, Examination and Registration committees. Mr. Wong also has been taking up a number of part-time teaching appointments in various universities and institutions. Watson highly values education and quality management as one of the very important components of the development and improvement of the laboratory medicine.
