Mr. Randy Hung, Vice-Chairman of HKIRAMr. Randy Hung is the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of China Fiber Optic Network System Group Ltd. He is mainly responsible for corporate finance and investor relations of China Fiber Optic.
Mr. Hung is also a Non-Executive Director of China Shineway Pharmaceutical Group Limited and an Independent Non-Executive Director of Zhongyu Gas Holdings Limited. He is currently serving as a member of Immigration Tribunal and a council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.
