HKU SPACE Students Received First Class Honours and top mark in the world from the University of London

Over 100 graduates of the University of London, who studied at The University of Hong Kong, School of Professional and Continuing Education (HKU SPACE), attended a memorable presentation ceremony on 8 January 2017 at The University of Hong Kong Loke Yew Hall to receive their degrees.

This year, HKU SPACE has 6 students attaining First Class Honours degrees. Three were in the BSc in Computing and Information Systems (CIS) programme (one of whom received the top mark in the world for the “Data Compression” Course); two were in the BSc Accounting and Finance programme (one of whom received the top mark in the world for the “Financial Intermediation” Course); while one was in the BSc Business programme. This remarkable achievement by HKU SPACE students is clear evidence of the excellent collaboration for teaching and learning between the University of London and HKU SPACE.
