Teamwork stands as the backbone of our success, and our staff is pivotal to our achievements. Each member of HKU SPACE has played an essential role in the School's growth. Through their unwavering commitment and professionalism, they have been instrumental in propelling the School forward, fostering innovation, and setting high standards in higher education. To honour their long-standing dedication, the School hosted the 2025 Long Service Award Ceremony on 12 June in the College Hall at the HPSHCC Campus.

This year, a total of 69 colleagues marked milestones of 10, 15, 20, or 25 years of service to the School. Given the School's greater management role in the future operation of HPSHCC, this marked the first time the School collaborated with HPSHCC to organise the ceremony. Professor Ian Holliday, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the HKU SPACE and Pro-Vice Chancellor (Teaching and Learning) of HKU, along with Professor William K.M. Lee, Director of HKU SPACE and Principal of HPSHCC, delivered opening addresses, followed by the presentation of Long Service Awards and speeches of appreciation by representatives of the awardees.
