在中華文化之中,講求「藥食同源」,古人在尋找食物的過程中,發現了有治療作用的食物,可作「食用」,也可作為「藥用」,由此逐漸把一些天然物產區別為食物、藥物和毒物。藥膳的歷史,源遠流長,二千年前的典籍中已有相關的記載。在日常飲食之中,大家知不知道以下的食物,哪一種具有滋潤肌膚,活血駐顏的功效呢?
1.枸杞子 2.蓮子 3. 燕麥
答案就是1. 枸杞子。
應該很多人知道它可以明目,但根據《遵生八箋》記載:「常服助力、固精;補鎮丹田,活血駐顏。」枸杞子還有美容顏,延年抗老的功效。
實用中醫學高等文憑(中醫營養學)課程內容豐富而全面,將會教授中醫基礎,中醫營養食療,常見病的飲食調理,以及各種不同的飲、食的應用。除了講授的課堂外,還有很多實踐操作,包括中廚、西廚導師示範烹飪技術,茶療導師講解茶與飲食養生,示範泡茶技巧,到上環藥材街參觀,與及親手製作藥膳等等,讓學員真正學以致用,把課堂上學到的知識運用,實踐出來,用在日常保健之中。
