    Jason Wong - Principal, Risk Advisory Services, BDO Limited

    Jason Wong is a Principal of Risk Advisory Services of BDO Hong Kong. He has 16 years of working experience and specialises in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) services. Over the years, Jason has assisted large corporations, including a number of Fortune 100, in building or attesting their governance structures and internal control systems in accordance with COSO Enterprise Risk Management, US Sarbanes Oxley Acts and UK/HK/Singapore CG code. He also has managed over 15 successful Pre-IPO/resumption due diligence projects. Jason is an AML specialist who has managed AML review engagements in banking, securities trading/underwriting, assets management, insurance brokerage, money lender and pawn industry in Hong Kong, Macau and PRC. He assisted these businesses in building an effective AML risk assessment, client risk profiling, CDD, transaction monitoring and STR programs. Jason is also experienced in Regulatory Compliance, particularly over Hong Kong Listing Rules, SFO and International anti-corruption laws, such as US FCPA and UK Bribery Acts and HK POBO. He has managed compliance reviews in relation to inside information disclosure, insider dealing, client assets safeguarding, product due diligence, sales compliance, bank loan/payment frauds. Jason obtained a Finance & Accounting bachelor degree from Ryerson University, Canada, and is an Associate Member of The Association of Certified Fraud Examiner.

Prof. Phil is a multi-award winning designer, Protégé of Anthony Froshaug, Phil honed his design and typographic skills under Alan Fletcher, Wim Crouwel, and Michael Wolff. In 1984 Allied International designers recruited Phil as creative director of branding. Alongside running et al since 1992 and begin the Artistic director to the Type Archive he is a Professor in the Creative Industries. His book design is in the permanent collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum’s National Art Library. Phil is also the author of What they didn’t teach you in Design School the international best selling book.

    Kee Wah Bakery was established in 1938 from a small neighborhood grocery store on Shanghai Street in Yau Ma Tei. It is a traditional family operated company with modern management and marketing style that drives the brand to be an innovative and unique Hong Kong brand developing wide variety of products such as bridal cakes, mooncakes and pastries. Mr. Karlson Wong, Executive Director will share with audience the intriguing brand story and successful brand strategies of Kee Wah Bakery.

      Ronnie Cheng was born in Hong Kong in 1985. He spent 10 years of his student life in the UK before receiving the MPharm degree in Pharmacy from the University of Manchester. He worked as a pharmacist for three years before coming back to Hong Kong in 2011. In the same year, he co-founded Lab Made, the first liquid nitrogen ice cream parlour in Asia. He was the recipient of the Youth Business Award Silver Award of HSBC in 2014. Lab Made is the first liquid nitrogen ice cream parlor in Asia, making use of the super cold liquid nitrogen, minus 196 degree Celsius, to freeze its ice cream. The company was founded and owned by Ronnie Cheng and Jennifer Chiu, who had their first experience with liquid nitrogen ice cream in England. The couple returned to Hong Kong with their passion in nitrogen ice cream and opened their first store in Tai Hang in July 2012. Lab Made offers liquid nitrogen ice cream with different flavors such as apple crumble, Hong Kong crispy toast, mooncake, sticky toffee pudding and strawberry cheesecake. The company has proudly received a number of awards; among them are the “Best Dessert 2012” by Time Out Magazine HK, “Best Restaurant Awards 2012” by OpenRice, “Youth Business Award 2014” (Silver Award) by HSBC and “Hong Kong’s Most Valuable Companies Award 2015” by Mediazone.

Degree in economics from Renmin University of China, a bachelor of Business degree in Finance & Banking from the Edith Cowan University, Australia.       Mr Paul T.S. Yin (SBS, BBS, JP) is the Chairman and CEO of Dah Chung Industrial Company Ltd, a highly successful privately owned family business for over thirty five years specialising initially in the production of precision metal products. Paul is Immediate Past President (now Honorary Permanent President) of The Chinese Manufacturers Association of Hong Kong.       陳先生從90 年代初投身設計創意工作,擁有超過25年的創意實踐和管理經驗。 2005年陳先生創辦了正一有限公司,從事設計思維商業化,在環保實務主題上有豐富經驗。 陳先生致力於用設計思維解決商業管理問題,合作企業客戶包括:APPLE、TESLA、PORSCHE、BMW、SHURE、OCTOPUS、DU PONT、EVONIK 等國內外大型知名企業。 憑著無限創意和豐富經驗,陳先生帶領他的團隊使Pauldesign 獲得各界的肯定。在2011-2013年,陳先生分別奪得香港資訊及通訊科技大獎、 環保建築大獎及FuturArc 領袖大獎和最成功設計大獎,Pauldesign更於2015年榮獲建築環保評估協會頒發綠色環評室內建築鉑金級評級。 陳先生歴任香港專上學院和香港理工大學的客席講師,在商業奮鬥同時,也致力將自身經驗和研究與社會分享,傳播創意設計的理念。

    黃勵強, MA Northumbria

    黃勵強先生(飯尾太郎)為資深插畫大師,擁有英國紐卡素北芬比亞大學設計碩士學位。曾參與多個本地及國際的大型藝術展覽及活動,1987年以木板油粉彩畫作《悲嘆》及2003年以水墨畫作《袁中道游居柿錄》入選香港藝術雙年展。1989年獲香港環保漫畫比賽公開組冠軍。2005年其陶塑茶具《鴟人與他的十一個兄弟》入選香港茶具創作2005展覽會。2010年更獲邀到韓國首爾參加Uiwang International Placard Art Festival 擔任繪畫及泥塑創作表演嘉賓。黃勵強先生藝術創作風格獨特,集合中西藝術繪畫方法及中國書法。其畫作中常以不同的動物代表自己和家人朋友,畫作充滿溫暖和愛。
