The programme begins with a study of the art business market, covering topics such as the artistic and financial value of art pieces, the key players and ecosystem of the art market and the latest trends, technology and emergence of online art trading platforms. In the second part of the programme, the focus will be on collecting and investing in art pieces, the running and marketing of the art business and how to build a career in the commercial art world.
The programme adopts a hands-on approach and includes examining real art pieces in class, case studies and a visit to an art gallery or art auction.
The programme examines the impact of technologies like big data, Internet of Things and artificial intelligence on human resource management and equips students with the knowledge to implement HR analysis techniques for HR functions such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development. The programme concludes with a discussion on the future of HR and the emerging trends of predictive HR analytics and digital transformation.
The programme begins with an introduction to the types of HR analytics used today and moves to identifying and applying appropriate HR analytical tools in different business and HR scenarios. The programme also equips students with the skills and knowledge to report findings and gather insights for business and HR strategy and decision-making.
