課程旨在提升學員的導賞綜合技能，包括導賞知識、導賞員態度和導賞技能等綜合技能。學員將通過多個導賞點的學習、資料處理及知識整合，進而認識香港的歷史文化、古蹟保育、地質生態、非遺與藝術，以及博物館導賞。課程設實地考察、導賞觀摩和實習交流，有助學員成為稱職的導賞員。  

本課程屬「導賞員訓練證書」的進階課程。課程目標除鞏固及提升學員的導賞知識、態度和技能外，還須進行規劃路線，進一步了解香港的多元導賞活動的特色，還需有系統地教授帶團知識和導賞技能。課程設考察、參觀、實習等導賞活動，有助學員成為稱職的導賞員導師。
