In 2021, the Government announced Hong Kong's Climate Action Plan 2050, which outlined four major decarbonisation strategies, namely “net-zero electricity generation”, “energy saving and green buildings”, “green transport” and “waste reduction”, that would lead Hong Kong towards the goal of carbon neutrality before 2050, thus, the Real Estate Sector is well positioned to use its influence to address ESG issues and drive better sustainable outcomes. This programme is developed for Real Estate practitioners to equip themselves with knowledge and technical skills to handle job duties related to ESG.

本课程专为职业卫生、安全与健康从业人员而设，学生必须完成六个单元和一篇专业论文 (与职业卫生有关)。

课程旨在教授学生识别工作场所的危害，并培养他们有效决策所需的专业技能。
 

这课程专为拥有全球化思维的建造环境专业人士而设，使他/她们能进一步发展有关建造行业的管理和经济能力。
 

本课程专为职业卫生、安全与健康从业人员而设，学生必须完成六个单元和一篇专业论文 (与安全、健康与环境有关)。

课程旨在教授学生识别工作场所的危害，并培养他们有效决策所需的专业技能。
 

建造工程学深造证书课程旨在使学生具备必要之工程知识和技能，以解决复杂的建造项目施工问题，并作出相应的工程决策。

本课程获香港工程师学会 (The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers) 建造分部批准为符合申请其会员资格的学术要求。

本课程为兼读制课程，为期约6个月。课程上课时间一般为星期一至五晚，七时至十时，每周两晚。除了讲授教学，课程还设有於实验室进行的非讲授教学活动。

香港大学专业进修学院与英国格林威治大学设计学院合作，提供职业安全、健康与环境(荣誉)理学士课程，采用遥距学习模式。
 

The programme aims at introducing students with different commonly used geophysical methods and in-situ testing and sampling techniques, including methods for monitoring water level, penetration tests, land and marine geophysical surveys and downhole logging. Student are expected to gain an understanding on the applicability and limitations of the methods in various geotechnical situations.

The programme aims at introducing fundamental description and the classification of soils; mechanical concepts including the effective stress concept, strength of soils, consolidation, settlement and testing procedures.

本课程提供房屋管理专业资格的培训，课程涵盖房屋管理的理论，并为实践房屋管理专业化提供坚实的基础。此外，本课程的标准、内容及其考试均设计为与英国特许房屋经理学会亚太分会及香港房屋经理学会认可专业会员的必备资格。
