今年成功申请入读CPE的同学可选择修读「SQE 备考选修课程」，通过 SQE 考试成为英格兰及威尔士事务律师

全新 SQE 考试现已开放予 CPE 学员，助你更快迈向英格兰及威尔士执业律师之路

「英国及香港法律学士程度文凭（专业共同试）」（Graduate Diploma of English and Hong Kong Law (Common Professional Examination)，简称 CPE）现正接受 2026 年入学申请。本年度成功申请入读CPE并完成相关课程的学员，将可报考英格兰及威尔士事务律师资格考试（Solicitors Qualifying Examination，简称 SQE）。通过 SQE考试并积累两年认可法律工作经验（QWE）后，可获得在英格兰及威尔士作为事务律师执业的专业资格。

2026 学年度起于 HKU SPACE 修读 CPE 的学员，将获保证被录取升读第三年选修性质的「荣誉法律学士学位（香港法）课程」，并可在该阶段选修由曼彻斯特城市大学（Manchester Metropolitan University）提供的全新 「SQE 备考选修课程」#。

2026 年 9 月入读 CPE 的学员，在完成前两年课程后，于 2028-29 学年可升读「荣誉法律学士学位（香港法）」( LLB (Hons) Hong Kong ) 课程，并可以选择修读现有的「PCLL 预备选修课程」，或支付额外费用，修读全新的「SQE 备考选修课程」。我们理解这会是一个「鱼和熊掌」之间的艰难选择，但好消息是学员无需在完成第二年课程前作出选择，从而有充裕时间在掌握法律基础知识后，再决定是否以 通过SQE考试成为英国律师 作为未来的发展方向。

SQE考试是为有志在英格兰及威尔士成为事务律师的人士而设立的全新统一考试，取代旧有的法律实务课程（Legal Practice Course，LPC）。我们独特的 「SQE 备考选修课程」将协助学员准备 SQE 第一阶段考试（SQE1），迈出在英格兰及威尔士执业的第一步。同时，通过修读该课程，学员亦能完成所有申请入读香港 PCLL的课程修读要求！

加入全新「SQE 备考选修课程」的升级版 CPE 课程现正接受申请。名额有限，建议尽早报名以争取优先录取，锁定本港首屈一指的兼读制法律课程的学位。申请人可将表格电邮至 mmulaw@hkuspace.hku.hk，或亲身前往本校各报读中心递交申请。

Hosted by the Student Recruitment Team at The College of Legal Practice and joined by Jane Waddell, Head of Curriculum Development and Design, this session will explain what the SQE route to qualification involves, the different pathways available, and what to expect from SQE1, SQE2 and Qualifying Work Experience (QWE). We’ll also explore how you can prepare for the SQE with The College of Legal Practice, through our SQE1 and SQE2 preparation courses or LLM in Legal Practice, and the support available throughout your studies.
