For over two decades, I worked for the same organization. While I enjoyed the dynamic nature of my job, I became interested in adult training and wanted to improve my skills in developing learner-centric, impactful programs. The Postgraduate Diploma in Adult Training and Vocational Education was an excellent program to pursue.

Using the experiential learning and course design methodology. And an understanding of how to incorporate technology into blended learning. As well as gaining confidence in evaluating training effectiveness using various evaluation models.

Furthermore, the program's practical assignments enabled me to apply theories to my work right away. It does more than merely expand my knowledge. It transformed my career in ways I never imagined. I am now working in a new industry, but I am still applying the lessons I learned from the program.
